About Us
The Luton and Dunstable Cycling Forum is a group of cyclists whose aim is to promote cycling in the local area, working with organisations such as Luton Borough Council, Central Beds Council and Sustrans.

In order to encourage more cycling, since September 2013, we've been running led rides.  There are normally 2 per month, alternating between Luton and Dunstable starting points, and are aimed at riders of all abilities.  Some are specifically described as easy rides, designed for beginners, and are up to 10 miles long, along a flat route, whilst other rides are longer of up to 40 miles with hills.  However, these are all run as social rides and no-one gets left behind.

All rides are led by trained and experienced ride leaders.
